So I guess its safe to say that Miranda is a good fighter but not an elite.

I wouldn't say good because he is still one demenional as a fighter. Now if he has add some demenions to his game since that loss and those demenions are effective in his next to go along with his power I will say he is a good fighter. I have no problems giving a fighter his props.
