But it give them a chance to settle in US and get good trainer like Freddie Roach. At the end of the day after becoming a contender or p4p the bound of boarders and race doesnt matter

Philippines ha 3 world champs while mexico has 12 - 18 world champs. You have to wait for 20 to 30 years before the philippines can catch up because the truth is becoming a world champ is the most difficult thing that those millions of boxers can ever achieve.

There was a hell of a lot more Mexican fighters in the mix during the time of Sanchez and Chavez, they were just the best out of all of them. No doors had to be re-opended, we were always consistent like we are now.
