example if I was a promoter finding for a fighter and there is three fighters. James Jaca from mexicio and Herny Soto from philipines at last a Amercian gold olypian names Alan Aruther. I am a promoter living down Las Vegas.

each fighter have 13 fight and undeafted. So from publcitiy stand point of view my first choose for that will be know is Alan Aruther because he is an gold medalist olympian, from it is higher possiablitiy to hear from Alan Aruther than both fighters.

Then which of the two possiablitiy that my next fight will be if I was living in Las Vegas with a good amout of mexician population there? As well as which info I would have faster Soto or Jaca? The possiablitiy would be the person who is closer to me.

Then why isn't Canada big in boxing like Mexico? Or why don't you see tons of Mexicans in the MLB(like I already said)?????????? Since after all they have a huge advantage of doing what they want because of being next to the U.S. like you say.

Mexicio and Flipines have alot of boxing fans. Canada dones consider boxing that much highly. and there is the far north of the region and toward the other side.

Sorry to interrupt the scuffle of words going on here, but...

I just wanted to say that I would love to see more of these GoldenBoy World Cups. Absolutely incredible. I couldn't care less about Mexico or the Phillipines when it comes to boxing, but I was so into the two fights that were on TV. That is the one thing that is missing in professional boxing. A country vs. country competition. It is also refreshing to see the talent south of 130... I had never seen Daniel Ponce de Leon fight, nor Gerry Penalosa or Jhonny Gonzalez, but those fights go down so much different than fights in the bigger weight classes.

Whoever is better, or has more potential of being a star. Why would a promoter only chose the guy thats more closer to him?, is his transportation a Bicycle?
