Hopkins on video ducking roy jones, ive seen this several times, i still cant work out how hopkins comes to the following conclusions.

1) Roy Jones isnt p4p

2) Roy Jones isnt a bigger name than Bernard Hopkins

3) Roy Jones isnt a better fighter than Hopkins

4) Roy Jones doesnt deserve the split after he already beat Hopkins 1st time around.

I still believe Hopkins is as talented than Jones but never got the credit he deserved because of a combination of two different factors.

1.) His division wasn't ripe with talent at the time of his reign.

2.) He didn't move up and down the scales to capture every title he could.

Jones is a great fighter, and an all time great no doubt but Hopkins is also a great fighter and an all time great in his division. In a rematch now I think Hopkins would take Jones easily, back then? I'd say it would've been a coin toss. Because Hopkins had reached his peak at the time and Jones was already at his.
