Paul Williams: "Cintron Has No Courage"

you do realize paul went to the hospital for a hurt hand and rib dont you? you dont get 24 kos in 33 fights with no power. btw lazy ass dan rafael stated williams is a strong fighter. he used strong. please people need to watch some past williams fights.

I've seen 3... maybe 4 fights of his by now. he doenst have power, he just overwhelms guys with volume of punches. it's a legit way to get a KO, dont get me wrong, but there is no power there.

I like Cintron, but his KO of a C level fighter in Mattyse has gotten way, way overhyped. You gotta love Paul Williams though, the guy has balls and when he starts to call out his man, you know he's going to get him. Williams has the mental make-up of a champion and was unflappable in his first big-stage fight against such a perceived to be feared man in Margarito. Cintron had his heart taken by Margarito and I see Williams frustrating Cintron and winning a clear UD, maybe even a late TKO.

Why did Pwill have such a problem getting rid of a C level fighter? One of two things here, not sure which... 1. Matthysse is better than a C level fighter, or 2. Pwill is a bit overhyped at the moment.

good! im glad paul is callin him out. williams - cintron would be agreat fight to watch stylistically. both tall welterweights, williams punch output is tremendous, cintrons power is tremendous. i hope they make this happen. i would imagine cintron get past luciano later this year (which is obvious) and i would think paul would have to have another fight too, then this could get made.

i have made this known and repeated this in many threads
cintron is overrated
im not saying he's a bum
but he is overrated
what has he done??
who has he beat??
the best opposition he faced was margarito
and last time i checked he lost badly
and williams just beat margarito
and all of the sudden "cintron will ko williams" and all kinds of crazy comments
when kermit actually fights someone great or sub elite or even elite level and beats them, then i might be slightly impressed
until then
this cintron love fest needs to end

Matthysse is a C level fighter with a good chin and Williamd dominated that fight against him. Just because he didn't knock him out in like Cintron did doesn't mean that he didn't dominate him. Cintron is a guy who was dominated and spanked by Margarito in an embarrassing manner and now all of a sudden he is this rejuvinated killer because of one knockout of an unknown?? That **** is laughable at best.

Do you think manny steward would risk his reputation on a guy that isnt worth it? Kerm KO'd a guy in Estrada that gave the dude in your avatar a real tough fight. The Margarito fight shouldnt have happened when it happened and that was obvious enough, but that was 3 years ago and kerm has knocked out, brutally, everyone they have put in from of him since then. Props to margarito on his win over Cintron... i doubt it happens again.

thank you. people just see that it took williams 10 rounds to ko matthysse and it took cintron 2 and they think matthysse gave williams trouble for ten fights. thats like saying williams would destroy mayweather cuz williams ko sharmba in 4 while mayweather had 2 decision wins over sharmba. feel me?


btw nobody brings this point up, how do we know that williams ruined matthysse before cintron got to him? nobody brings that up.
