You just made our point for us. If a fight is so damn one sided, get rid of a guy quickly. Just like zabs last fight, which was one sided, but zab couldnt go for the kill.

Come now... you know that certain guys have better chins than others. And don't bring up that **** that Cintron got him out of there quickly, because Cintron's punch probably tested how tightly connected Matthysse's head was to his neck.

and that is why I dont think paul williams would beat kerm. with all the punches pwill throws, he is there to be hit and cintron would hit him. people think im raggin on on pwill, im not, i enjoy him as a fighter, i just dont think his style matches up well with cintron. if i were pwills manager i would try to get him in with mayweather ASAP, because i think he has a better chance with him than he does with cintron or cotto, possibly even mosley.

cintron is cool, too. although, if you compare their young careers pwil is a mile ahead of cintron at the moment.

cintron has not met a skilled fighter like williams who is a lefty and throws punches in bunches and who is bigger than he is and more athletic. is cintron more powerful? sure he is, but thats not everything in boxing. cintron aint got no type of chin IMO.

really if you stack up their strengths and weaknesses, cintron is just a few steps behind.

mayweather aint fighting paul williams. if he does, i'll give him all the props in the world. if paul stays undefeated, he would still need to wait til 2009 at the very least. that is, if mayweather doesnt retire. besides, williams is all wrong for mayweather.

hey its still fun to talk about it.

im not on kerms nuts, ive just known him since he moved to the US. went to school with him from 4th grade on and he grew up about 2 blocks from me, and it's just cool to see someone from here doing something like this. i try not to be biased, i mean i dont think he is the best welterweight there is (dont really know who is. hopefully this gets answered in 2008/09. i do believe, though, that both pwil and kerm are huge risks for mayweather), but I know kerms in the mix. I just think it's a bad matchup for Pwil. Maybe im wrong, either way i think it would a hell of a fight (or a complete mismatch, who knows?)

You are right about their young careers... Cintron never even boxed until he was 19. His amatuer career was his early pro career, and thats why i think it was wrong to put him up against Marg when they did. a few more Teddy Reids would have done a world a difference.
