i know that he and luis collazo sparred a lot, he was a partner to help collazo against the mosely fight, they went at it pretty good. his defense does need improvement

berto has good power, although he's defense is bad, he fights similiar to shane mosley actually with the pawing jab then exploding into the opponent, i think he can beat collazo and urkal but would lose to clottey, but styles make fights i also think cotto would lose to clottey
