even as a fan and supporter of Bertos rise......I will say he is not ready for most top 10 guys.he has great potential but just had a good solid learning session fight which he showed great adversity in......I think he needs another 3=5 fights depending on how he looks in them against solid frimge comtenders or former title challengers to hone his skill.He is very youg and there is no need to rush.

Given what I said above.....I think he would give the top 5-10 fighters in the division a good fight.....he is at least a year away from fighting for a signifigant title and thats only gonna happen as long as he is impressive in his wins over solid contenders.

Yeah I see him getting a huge win and being at least a titlest by the end of 08......he needs to be careful and beat some solid opp to boost his confidence before he takes on a major cat.I see that happening in early 09 hopefully.

i know that he and luis collazo sparred a lot, he was a partner to help collazo against the mosely fight, they went at it pretty good. his defense does need improvement
