I am just asking a simple question, Can you name one middleweight champion in the modern era that is worse than Taylor.

And I can't believe you persist in saying it's harder to become champion today and be a boxer today than in the past.

it is harder to become an undispute champion today that in the past because you got 4 or 5 belts to win so you could cement you legacy but in the past you have had only one belt.

and here do you mean by title holder or undispute champion?

Maybe. It was pretty hard to get the middleweight championship just going back to the 70's and 80's. How many fights did Hagler have before he finally became champion?

They had some problem but also today's fighter has different type of problem. I not saying that they had it that easy but they had different problems and rules. Anyway Hagler should have has a better promoters. But look at how many defense he had after having the title. e****ally near the end of his career and some fighters could be contenders blah blah blah unknowen today maybe they are good but cant tell.

          have you seen Rocky 6?

It's not as if politics in boxing is something that has just come along since Taylor has been around.

I not a super Taylor fan but Taylor still is new to the title thing he is fresh but he is going down the drain.

He doesnt listen to the instruction and the weapon ( the jab) which he won many fighters with he abadon it. That is way Ouma and Spinks made Taylor look foolish. and usally southpaw make you look bad. and they werent many southpaws back then but also that is an advantage and disadvangte at the same time.

another thing how many title defesne or which fight should Taylor beat to be a HOF? if he stayed at MW? There is many talents at WW maybe couple of year time they will face Taylor?

and Hopkins was never recongnize intell he won Tito, then people knew him

Seing as nobody here can name one modern middleweight champion theyre confident Taylor could beat I'd say he probably shouldn't be in it.
