    I dont really subscribe to that theory. You arent going to be facing someone half your weight in the ring, why would you train for someone half your weight outside of it? I think that the heavier the bag, the more realistic the training.

        Is a heavybag generally more heavier in weight than an actual person at that weight???..... I mean... if a person is 150 Ibs., is a 150 Ibs. heavy bag the exact same weigh or is more like dead weight, which is heavier???.... Also, where can you buy a 200 Ibs. Heavy Bag?

          I work with this one at my gym. Its pretty durable.I would suggest this,plus the leather on it is durable. The 150lb bag.
