I think even Holyfield would have a good chance at taking Fields out.

you have a point here. I have been a longtime detractor of Fields, but the man has always come in shape. he was stacked when he was younger, and is no slouch now. The thing about him is he has switched from Southpaw to Orthodox and back to Southpaw duting his career and hasn't really had any good experience in the ring. He was brought in to camps when Vitali was champ to prepare other guys, but he moved from the midwest to Vegas to really try and make something of his career. He hasn't and he won't but dedication is never a question with him, and Rahman desperately needs to mimic Fields in that regard.the bottom line is that is an above average heavyweight due almost completely in part to his size. people are being way too hard on him here, he is what he is and i dont see him talking **** or claiming to be anything he is not.
furthermore, look at fields boxrec. he came in 13 pounds lighter than his last fight and standing at 6'9 if he weighs in at 257 thats pretty damn good shape. eary in his career he looked like a bodybuiler but at this point he looks like is committed to as least seeing how far he can go and unlike guys like rahman he is apprently training pretty damn hard to at least put himself in the best position.
rahman came into the sykes fight at 261
fields just fought at 257... and hes 6 inches taller at least
if you actually think rahman beats him in that same shape youre nutsComment

rahman beats him easily even in that shape. you clearly havent seen many of field's fights? sure,,,he seems like a likeable guy but he is so slow,,squares up and totally leaves himself wide open every time he punches and even a now slower sloppy rahman takes him out easily. he's being fed guys that dont punch back which is the main reason he's built up a glossy recordComment

When the telecast started last night, I was like "damn what a record." and they showed his vicious highlight KOs, and I was like "damn, get him a title contention fight." and after tonight, this being my first time seeing him....he trash and would get destroyed by all the mtop HWs...
Fields is SOOOOOOOOOOOO slow lmao...Comment

tye fields, as slow as he is, beats taurus sykes easily, which rahman couldnt do
if rahman comes in at 261 against tye fields the fight is up for grabsComment
