The only time Toney has been hurt bad was against Johnson by a big hook that downed him. He was pretty wobbly for a while. Amazing chin/defense though. Impossible to KO.
Wayne 'The Pocket Rocket' McCullogh has one of the greatest chins in history without a doubt. Took some huge hits by some of the hardest punchers in the game at the time. He said the only time he ever wanted to go down was when he was hit by Morales. He also said Hamed hit like a horse.
Speaking of Morales, he had a great chin. Before he became shot and just couldn't stand up from shot legs he was never knocked down and he took some monstrous shots and would come back with a wild burst and punches each time. Great! Was one of the saddest moments when I saw him KD for the first time against Pac when he just couldn't move his legs anymore. Just sort of flopped down.
You can never look past Hagler of course. Hit by some of the hardest P4P punchers in history (Hearns and Mugabi) right on the chin and was only stopped in his tracks for an instant before moving straight back in to keep fighting. A monster.
Hopkins has such brilliant defense that he has never really been hit flush that many times. So I would say he's impossible to KO.
Chuv had a freakish chin made of reinforced platinum plated iron flecked steel. The guy was made to be hit on the chin without being affected. Weird.

He wasn't dropped but he was very nearly knocked out in the twelfth by Collazo who is not a heavy puncher at all. Hatton was all over the place. He was knocked down against Eamonn Magee in the first round. Hattons chin is nothing to write home about. Just good, not special.
