I want to say Ricardo Mayorga because he had a hell of a chin, he just didn't have that good of defense.

He took punishment for Forrest all night. Over 12 rounds without even being dropped. If that doesn't show his chin, I don't know what does.
(Though he has been knocked out before, but his chin is a ****ing rock)
