a soda pop junkie ...thats a good point...Mayweathers Defense which i see as brilliant but people consider running is more brought to the surface because most boxers dont have good defense its like that aspect is over looked...back in ali's days everybody had defense even the guy who's record was 1-80....had good defense....not as good as floyds but not far behind if u pay attention... now its like ohhhh my God look at floyds defense its so great...but in reality its that most boxers lack a defense..... i hate to wish time to rush by ..being that life is great to live it up...but i wish the fight against hatton was tomorrow so i could watch it than send hatton back to a pub in england where he was never heard from again....

Miguel Cotto's not going to need to fight Mayweather. That hatton/mayweather fight is 50/50. And I favor hatton by a little bit. And cotto is a master at cutting off the ring, so I don't know why he would just come out and say that floyds a runner. Miguel Cotto made Zab Judah back up all night in their fight. But then again Zab Judah lost to cory stinks.

iight mayweather is a defensive machine but you cant doubt cotto's power, on top of that with pbf talking and duckin cotto that's his mistake cuz cotto is still young and experience will make him a better boxer, maybe now pbf would beat him but in the future cotto will punish mayweather

i don't think cotto would beat floyd but i do think he has the best chance.
and if miguel can't beat floyd theres no way in hell hatton can beat floyd

I like hearing the more aggressive Cotto. Sounds unbelievable because he NEVER talks this way. Please, feed not into it. It's called a "SET UP". They are doing exactly what Hatton did to try to score the fight against Mayweather;Attack the ONLY thing that can reall affect him which is his EGO. Mayweather is not worried about losing to any of these guys because he knows he can prevent it. He really believes he is the best in the ring.

Mayweather is an insecure person who really deep down wants to be praised, admired, respected and liked. His insecurities are projected through his behavior as an ego crazed maniac. Mayweather will respond because his ego is on the line and no matter how many opponents he beats, still no one accepts him. His ego is his shield from that. He needs it more than anything else.


As for Cotto, I doubt Cotto could beat Mayweather. Mayweather is no Judah. That will not happen. BUT, Cotto is no bum and he (If he could ever catch Mayweather. He is slower than Hatton.) may be able to do some damage with the power he has.


I love PBF and I wish Cotto well.


I will be rooting for Cotto agains Mosely though. (My ex-fav. fighter)
