For around 5 years he was unbeatable, dazzling hand speed and incredible upper body movement and power to match, with both hands.
Any fighter from any era IMO would have been beaten by a prime Iron Mike.
Tragic loss was Cus and even more tragic to boxing was the mental decline of one of my fav boxers.

If buster douglas could beat tyson in his prime, then it's quite safe to say some of today's heavies COULD beat him.

yep. tyson struggled with big heavies and they hadnt the skill and power of lewis and the klits. tyson would have whupped everyone else but those 3 would have chopped little mike down if he didnt get himself disqualified first. this is the last time Im going to even view this thread becuase I know the tyson fanatics will be riled by this post and Im not going to stoop low and argue with the morons

Probably not. Wlad is too large and too accurate for him.

Vitali would've destroyed him. And a Prime Lennox would've eaten him alive too.

Neither one of those guys really came to fight him. They more or less were there not to get KO'ed so they held him for most of the fight. Mitch Green did the same thing.

I've always said Wlad could beat him in their primes.

But it's a two way street. Because people have to remember how good defensively Tyson was with the bobbing and weaving. That could make Wlad miss with the jab and right hand and open him up to a left hook.

Either way it's almost like a pickem fight. Because Tyson wouldn't be able to withstand the constant straight punches Wlad dishes out.

He's too big, fast and powerful. Tyson would resort to having to land 1 single accurate bomb at a time, and Wlad's defense isn't sorry.

If the ref hadnt been bent Tyson won the fight by KO, and at that time was taking sedatives.
Count the ko by Tyson 13 seconds Buster was out, and one swallow dont make a summer, look what Holyfield did to him in there match up.

Tucker was a good fighter at that time, and Bone crusher was no knob.

Hell yeah! It doesnt matta that they are bigger then him. Hes beat alot of bigger guys all his career. None of them have his power or speed he would own this division. The divison in the 80's was alot harder and he whipped all of those guys. Tyson all the way KO king.

Lewis dont make me laugh, just look back at his fight with the wooden Frank Bruno, Lewis well over rated IMO.

As for Vlad & Vit the chuckle brothers big boys but big fish in a tiddlers pond.

Wlad's jab aint **** to Tyson's hook. Tyson had incredible movement, accuracy, power and speed.
