I think so yes....would he maybe struggle with some of the seriously big guys that are around today? yeah maybe a little....but if Tyson never lost his head he would have been better then he was....

About "shortening his prime" I dont feel that way at all....to be honest I think Tyson lost his prime PHYSICAL years in prison....the undisputed champ tyson could have physically gotten better imo....what happened was he lost his head...and he lost all the people around him that could control him....he mental prime was MUCH shorter than his physical prime....The Tyson that got out of jail was just at the end of his physical prime (IMO) but his mind was already gone...and by the time he fought Holyfield the first time that combination was too much to overcome...

Tyson had GOAT talent and ability....but is a seriously sad story....

agreed, I think Tyson definetaly had the ability to even be considered greater than Ali. I just hate to see a fighter's talent not used to it's fullest potential.

I think i've seen video of versatile boxing in these forums, he is pretty good, probably one of the best boxers in the forum, has a tyson style, maybe thats why he's his biggest fan. Unless you are like 6'5 elite soldier, i don't see you breaking him in half. Do you plan on going pro versatile?

I think Mike's only weakness even if he was at his peak, would still be his inability to get out of the way of shots when he was hurt. He was never badly hurt from 1986 thru 88 with the exception of getting stunned by Tony Tucker and Bonecrusher Smith at the end of there fight.

His mindset is to come forward and attack,so if he does get hurt he's not versatile enough to get on that bicycle and box for a couple of minutes until he clears his head.

I honestly think and saw that he was off balance from the shot in the first round that Tucker hit him with.He had both feet in front of him and was jabbing when Tucker threw the right to the CHEST.

He would take apart every guy except for Wlad. As far as that fight goes, its a toss up. Tyson is skilled enough to get inside where Wlad would get eaten up, but its possible the size advantage is too much and Tyson gets beat down.
