it doesnt take a rocket scientist to tell that mayweather has very few fans. most of his fans dont even really like his style. they are either haters of fighters that have challenged mayweather or given him tough fights like margarito, hatton, castillo, dlh, mosley, cotto, etc. these so called mayweather fans do nothing but hate on these fighters at every opportunity and then act like mayweather dont need to fight them because he is the greatest of all time. lucky for us this is only a few people who think this way.

the truth is there is no way anyone could be a fan of a man whos fights are always boring. mayweather is all talk. he talks about knocking guys out when he has no power. he talks about himself as the greatest of all time when there are guys with better resumes than him fighting in his own era. no real boxing fan could be the fan of a coward who has run from the toughest challenges inside and outisde the ring. a man who refused a career high payday to fight a guy he called a bum. mayweather has no real fans. the people who pay to see him fight only pay because they hope he gets knocked out and gets the beating he deserves.

when he fights hatton the fight will be in american but there will be more british people there and hatton will have all the crowd behind him. it will be like hes fighting in his hometown because mayweather has no fans.

The guy jumped weightclass that even Castillo, Margarito,Corrales...etc many failed to do so. he scafirced his power and speed when ever he goes up in weightclass.

His work ethic is pheonoinal and he really works hard to get where he is. Just because other fighter are not smart or hard working as him doesnt mean that he is a coward he just beat peopel in a very convincing fashion because wither is Brussless, Zab or DHL anyone he trains hard that is why you rarely see him looking bad in a sitaution or a fight.

of course he has fans...he's adefensive boxer....so when u have a NFL team with the best defense in the game...there fans may well appreciate it..and think wow..look hw good we are at not conceding...to the neutral fan..it might not be so exciting...hence why floyd as a defensive boxer...probably alienates himself in that regard....people generally want to see aggressive fighters.
You could argue...someone like calzaghe is a defensive boxer...gievn that he hardly ever gets hit...r cut..or whatever u wna say (i think bika cut him for the 1st time in his career)...but he has defensive skills..and an attacking attitude....whereas say floyd has defensive skills n a less attacking style....

..anyways i think its obvious to every1 here that Hatton will have mre fans then PBF...i think maybe there were more Hatton fans at his Castillo weigh in then there have been at floyds last couple of fights...but even so...being popular doesnt make u good....

..its PBF's styleto not make friends/fans...its all an act..the fact that this fight has been in discussions for over 18 months..n they have been trying to keep undefeated..with a view to this fight...shows its all an act..the whole retirement thing...the whle thing is an act...why take it so seriously?...neither Hatton or PBF are ever going to be your buddy..you aint going to the club with them..they aint inviting u to their homes....so stop the hate on either boxer....neither of em gives a **** about u..why do u care about them,n their personalitys,and popularity...

how many people would purchase ppv if pbf or oscar were on in another country in another time zone. Not a lot really plus there would be no one in the stadium or arena as no one knows who pbf is outside the us. So they can't be that popular really

when i watch boxing i want to see warriors, two guys belting the crap out of each other and trying to win.

I dont enjoy some guy doing laps of the ring against a hand picked opponent who is over the hill.
