What if Floyd loses

I'm curious to what some of you will think if floyd was to lose this fight. Would you still think of him as one of the best out there? Or would you say hes done like what happens to every fighter when they lose.

I think he would still be one of the best fighters in the world, but his legacy would be severely damaged. He has several very good wins, but no great ones in my eyes, and a loss to Hatton would really dent his standing.

The difference between Floyd losing, and Hatton losing, is this: Hatton doesnt have an inflated ego due to his success as a boxer like Floyd has. Hatton would take a loss in stride. Floyd on the other hand would probably have an emotional breakdown, and contemplate suicide! He talks SOOO MUCH ****, that when he loses, fans, haters, critics will never let him hear the end of it. He might go into hiding for a 6-8months due to depression.

a loss cannot really affect a sound boxer who has made his name and proven theirselves e.g. oscar, winky, hopkins, marquez, vazquez but overhyped sluggers(action fighters) they always seem to not make it back to what they use to be e.g miranda, lacy, mayorga, vargas, joel julio if a fighter does not have a sound technique and jus slugs and throws their hands neglecting defence they always seem to be the ones who cannot bounce back from a loss
