Calzone is probably a good fighter...but who knows with his carefully selected opponents.

I think he should have a rematch with Peter Manfredo...so he can really introduce himself to the American public.
What a sham, farce, bunch of B.S. that was....I lost whatever respect I could have had for Calzone after that.

I agree that the fight shouldn't have happened, but don't blame calzaghe for the referees incompetence.

Thats what i was sayin too. Lacy and chris Eubank are the biggest names on his record. Lacy turned out to not have any boxing skills. and Eubank was past his prime when they fought. I think kessler is going to be the best fighter calzaghe has fought in his entire carrer. he is young, quick, smart, and has lots of boxing skill. This is not going to be another Jeff Lacy. The only doubt im having is if kessler can deal with calzaghe's southpaw style. I dont know if kessler has fought any southpaws.

calzaghe the slapper has never had a great victory, in his time he's avoided all the top boxers and frank warren has carefully picked his opponents for him. he'll never be the all-time great he thinks he is because he hasnt fought anybody of that callibre, he's just a joke!

Lacy's underrated after Calzaghe got through with him. I've seen every Lacy fight and Lacy is a good fighter. He doesn't suck

how come 90% of the site had Lacy winning by early KO?
Correct, Joe has been the champion for so long and has beaten all put in front of him.

Very true, right after Lacy got dominated, he was discredited as a boxer and they took away Calzaghe's hard earned win against the #1 prospect by then saying Lacy is not good. Calzaghe will win against Kessler and i can't wait to see how people are gonna say "Kessler was overrrated anyway"

I think Kessler has fought 5 southpaws including Beyer who got smashed , the best weapon to use on a southpaw is a straight right hand and Kessler has a good one .

All the talk of Lacy , Kessler would have done the same but probably would have KOed him as well as beat the crap out of him .

Kessler is the best Joe has faced hands down and Joe is fighting his biggest challenge at the age of 36 , you dont think age is going to effect him , depends how easy it is , if Joe is under a lot of pressure , it will come into it .

Bika , Manfredo , are really Middleweights , Kessler is as big as a lightheavy , I have seen him fight live and seen him sparring he is no bull**** I can tell you .
