He knocked his down and then Vargas got up and took more of a beating before the ref stopped, and guess what? Vargas was not the same Vargas after that fight. He had that back injury going into that fight and the steroids further ****ed up his back cuz it allowed him to fight with a broken back. After DLH took care of him it was the beginning of the end. Maybe I'm ****** but thats ruining somebody.

wait a minute. why dont you reply to my last post before keep debating me over here. I saw the castillejo fight. other than that knock down, Vargas looked bad. both of them did. I dont care if he won 4 straight before mosley. please, he was not the same fighter as b4 the dlh fight. not at all. Joval is a kinda good victory. it was ok, but Joval aint all that. he is not that good. He beats Willie Gibbs and all of a sudden he is good.

I think that irrespective of how Nando looks, he should retire.

I have already noticed a definite change in the way he talks. He sounds slurry. He took some pretty hard shots over the years.

I heard that Nando had pretty good investments. Go retire on those.

He did look bad. after that knockdown, what did he do that made him look good other than last 10 rounds against Javier?

Joval is whatever. a career B fighter. Castillejo was a pretty good fighter but now he is B status. I dont know how the **** he beat felix sturm in the first place anyways. are those 2 solid wins? sure, but they aint championship level victories either.

Look, why do I say Oscar ruined him? because Vargas never reached the same level he was on before the Oscar fight. Even after Vargas lost to Tito, which was a good fight btw, Vargas was still a threat to anyone betwen 147-160. never got no where near where he was b4 the oscar fight, after that brutal fight. its ok. that what happens in boxing. you are not the same after a particular fight.

you act like Vargas pulled a mosley after mosley loses to winky and forrest. Mosley is not finished. Vargas was finished after the DLH fight.
