In his 11th fight and his only loss leading up to Mayweather. And your point is?

My point is that he was a bum who never fought anyone of note and was beaten more easily by a nobody than by Floyd, yet Floyd fans seem to try and give some weight to the fight. What's your's?

Mayweather is highly rated because he is an American with very dark skin.

Hatton isn't liked because he is a European with very pale skin.

That's just the way it is.

Me, personally, i respect boxing more than brawling. Hatton fights like these guys at bars and clubs. He tries only for the knockout cuz he has no other skill. He reminds me of a jr welter john ruiz and i believe john ruiz was the begining of the end for the heavywieghts. Hatton also talks alot of **** but he's been across that pond his whole career building his undefeated record against lower tier fighters from the UK. He's getting too much credit for Jose Luis Castillo quitting. He looks like a ****in' troll lol. the list goes on and on. Mayweather eats him alive based on skill, handspeed, footwork, and ring generalship. and Floyd has more power than you think. REmember styles makes fights and these two styles clashing together means another W for the pretty boy

same reason they hate calzaghe, figure it out

That Margarito was the most feared man in the world crap has been exposed. See this is the kind of bull**** i was talking about.

Like i said - I respect PBF, he's done many great things. I never said he had 'ducked' anyone. The only thing i said about PBF is that, LIKE EVERY OTHER CHAMPION RIGHT NOW, they're a few names on his record who were put in there as a punchbag. Opponents who were tailor made to lose. Every current champ has atleast one fight with a journey man. PBF no exception.

Like you said, you look straight past what I wrote and made assumptions. You say as "over the hill kosta"... "Slow Castillo"... Your just making **** up to doubt Hattons record. If Hatton beats PBF what excuse will you throw out then?

If Hatton was from New York instead of Manchester, you'd be sucking his **** right now telling me how he's brilliant.

You and your type are like a broken record - PBF GOOD, HATTON BAD.

Get your senses together and admit that Hatton can fight. I ain't dumb, and i know PBF is the favourite and for good reasons. But if you think Hatton is gunna walk out there and be taught a lesson because he's a mere novice in comparison to Pretty Boy then you've obviously lost the plot.

Awe man, please, I didn't even read past this. You cannot in any way compare resume's, floyd gets dissed for his style, but he has ducked no one. This is the kind of nonce sense that Hatton gets continuously. Floyd hasn't ducked anyone, not really, and neither has Hatton. Both Hatton and Floyd have avoided taking fights which would do nothing for their legacy (Witter and Margarito respectively) and both guys are pilloried for making those decisions. Floyd is a really good fighter, it's obvious. He has some great marquee wins on his resume, as has Hatton. If you want to split hairs then you can make a case that both Ricky and Floyd have ducked fighters, have a padded record, have boring styles even, but thefact is that this matchup is a legitimate one, and it is huge.

I'd like to see a bit more respect from both camps, but I have to say the Hatton fans seem to show a bit more than the Mayweather fans.

His "prime" would have made no difference and if he's a great boxer, what does it matter? He's no where near done, he was the legit champ at 154.
Kostya TSzyu was nowhere near done, and was the legit champ at 140. He was also a p4p rated fighter until Hatton ruined him. Now you say that Tszyu was shot and would easily have beaten Hatton in his prime. I could say the same thing about Mayweather and De La Hoya, but I don't think you would really agree with me would you?

And Mayweather beat him like no one else..
My gran has beaten Gatti like Mayweather did. Gatti has been beaten as badly as Mayweather did by so many people it just isn't funny. The last time was by Alfonso Gomez, who was considered a light puncher among the guys on the Contender!

You are an idiot. You say you respect boxing more than brawling. Well it seems you only respect one aspect of boxing and that is fighting from the outside with jabs and straight rights - am i correct? Boxing is more than that. It is inside fighting aswell and you have to learn about both types and different styles. It's all boxing.

Hatton talks alot of ****? Are we talking about the same fighter here? Your knowledge is limited so i don't think anybody will be taking your opinion seriously. Hatton has beaten some very good fighters (just because you haven't heard of some of them doesn't mean that they are ****) - and fighters by the way are not models... so who gives a **** how they look... also what the hell does that have to do with their capablities in the ring?
