No, he wasn't robbed at all. He was obviously much more fatigued than Diaz at the end of the fight, and took punishment to the body throughout the contest. Just because Morales has a great history doesn't mean **** in the fight that happened NOW.

Diaz beat him in a very close fight. A close fight that Diaz, who in the end had much more will and desire to win, won.

definitely robbed... IMO he won at least 6 of the first 7 rounds including a knockdown in the first round...

Diaz has no answer for Erik's jab, right straight combo..

Diaz can barely see with his right eye... Morales made it as target practice...

But it was very clear that Erik has gassed out by the eighth round....

Honestly, i diidn't expect Erik to put up an excellent show like he did tonight...

        props for a Mexican Legend...

I just watched it and I though1 Morales was robbed.

And the stream was in japanese so I wasn't swayed by HBO or anyone.

I thought Morales boxed great and most of Diaz's punches were missing.

i only seen the fight from the 6th so i can't really tell, but from where i was watching Erik was winning the fight, he was landing more clearly, but i was also on the edge of my seat cuz diaz was landing does uppercuts inside and was happy to see tha Erik was not kd or really in any danger...

but the decision made me re-think what happened in the first 5 rounds and too bad Erik had to give diaz the 11th and 12th rounds to survive it was evident that he was dead tired and diaz has still some gas...

I scored it a draw. It was a close fight. Diaz was awkward but strong fighter. All he knows to do is come forward. Props to Diaz for winning the fight and he never let up until the end. He came strong in the last round and got the nods of the judges.

Morales came in tonight as a boxer and had some moments out there. He is a classy fighter. I would not complained if Eric won though. I was rooting for Morales but in the judges' eyes he came short. He didn't go out with a **** as he expected but I hope he retires after this. He has given the sport a lot and I'm pretty sure he will be remembered as one of the best superfeather ever. So long Eric, time to hang up those gloves.
