They brought the best out of each other, it's as simple as that!

The 2nd fight was not that good at all, the 3rd fight was pretty good but both fighters were diminished quite alot, only the 1st was was truly great IMO.

Even though both fighters were 'diminished' they were still two of the best fighters in the world and the third fight is a classic in my opinion!

I don't really agree. It was a sloppy fight between passed their best fighters.

Ali's fights from Frazier III onward were pretty much a disgrace and a formality of keeping him as figuerehead champion. Frazier lost to Foreman again and retired.

Bowe- Holyfield IMO is by far the best. I don't see how some of you could rank Ali- Fraiser above it. The three Bowe- Holyfield bouts were all amazing from start to finish. The Ali Fraizer fights as good as they were had plenty of so so moments. Granted I didn't watch them live back then but seeing them now they just don't compare IMO. Good trilogy don't get me wrong but the Bowe- Holyfield bouts are in another league.
