probly floyd if I go by that list.
Best Right Hand Counterpunch?

floyd just doesn't seem to set up his counters in any crafty way as much as the other two. yes, he does utilize rolling shoulders, but for the most part he uses his reflexes and jerking his head straight back to get his shots in. hopkins, for example, used relaxed movements, and tricky feints to lure his opponent into screwing up and making them pay.Comment

u have to say Floyd based on the option however i would go for RJJ if he was one of the options
RJJ was brilliant at coming over the jab with Right hand counters ,remember the 1 2 counter he put Reggie Johnson down with ,man that was fastComment

Difficult to go with Floyd. In their primes Toney and B-Hop had better right counters. It's very close but I'd go with Toney. He would throw it off the shoulder shrug so perfectly and with such power and precision it was scary. Every time he turned his left shoulder to the right and lifted it to ward off a punch he would come back with the right counter with the opponent off balance and wide open. It was perfect. You guys that are dismissing Toney haven't seen him or just don't get it.Comment

I have to say James Toney, PBF is quicker but James Toney's is more deceptive he throws is from so many different angles.Comment
