You guys are funny. It doesn't matter what the odds are if you're throwing your money in the trash when your fighter loses. I WISH I was in Europe to bet this one.

As it is I'll be putting at least $5000 real money on PBF...and depending on the odds, possibly double that.

Unless you can get particularly good odds that is a foolish bet IMO. Mayweather IS likely to win, but this will be reflected in the odds and for every few bets you make like this you'll lose your 5k. Even for the pro Mayweather/anti-Hatton guys, Floyd could break his hands, he could get cut, he could get robbed (remember 1 judge had DLH winning) - a Mayweather win is likely but NOT a certainty.

Hatton has a chance. If you bet on the underdog you don't have to win every time to make money.

Who's favored to win? If floyds favored, then a smart man would put the money on hatton.

I think it will destroy your soul if a white boxer like Hatton beat mayweather.
          Cry blood for me.

what you say doesn't even make sense, you are very delusional, you can't be 100% sure on a fight, you say people like me lose money, well, people like you bet 5k on big fights, which is very ******, you don't even know anything about the fight, sure, two champs are fighting, but could you ever think that there is so much money involved that they fix the match? the match is not in your hands, you are not the fighter in that ring, you have no control over what is going to happen therefore people like me play it safe and enjoy the fight and people like you worry all night through the fight hoping your fighter wins since you have so much at stake.

$5000 bet on Buster Douglas to beat Tyson would have made you $210,000.

For the record I don't bet, it is a mug's game.
