yeah if Ricky hires Mackie Shilstone as his nutritionist..he'd be definitely be reckoned with in welterweight I believe...iono much about kerry kayes, but I bet his resume can't hold a candle to shilstone's....I doubt ricky hires anyone new inside his team, he seems the loyal type..

If you don't know much about Kerry Kayes - then you shouldn't be commenting on him.

I suggest you make a trip over to the Hatton forum and reading the 'Q & A session with Kerry Kayes' sticky in the General Discussion board.

      He knows his stuff.

You should link us to that thread Chipp3r.

What weight did Hatton come in for Tszyu? If I rememer correctly it was 148. He should come in at the same weight against Mayweather, IMO. For some reason I think Floyd is going to bulk up a little bit like he did with Gatti. Maybe he really wants to hurt Hatton and he thinks the speed wont matter.

        Who knows..

All of you guys are blind and talking ******. There was nothing wrong at all with Hatton in that Collazo fight. Go back and rewatch it. He looked the same exact way that he did at 140, if not better. The differnce is that the WW's are huge and better then all of Hatton's opponents. It had nothing to do with them messing up. They didnt. He came in at the weight that most WW's come in at. I bet anything that if he fought Collazo again then the same exact thing would happened. You guys are ****** if you think he's going to walk through WW's. Thats what Grahm is trying to tell you. It doesnt matter. He's style is not made for that divison because he isnt strong enough and he's not a pure enough boxer to do something else at that weight.

Did Roy Jones juice it up under Mackie?

I didn't really think Floyd was bulked against Gatti. If he was, then that is frightening. Because FMJ's hands (and feet) were lightning fast in that fight. His reflexes on that night were almost unnatural. As soon as Arturo flinched or even thought about throwing, he would eat a 3 -4 punch combo. It was sick.

I agree with you. This is why I honestly think the weight doesnt matter with this fight. Mayweather is a small welterweight and so will Hatton be. If the fighit was at 140, it would probably have the same result.

                Do you agree..or?

He looked more bulked up then usual. I dont know about the official weight but I am going purely on aesthetics. He looked like he has been lifting a little bit the past few years to compensate for him moving up in weight all the time.

And Arturo is a bad fighter. Floyd was able to show all he could do because of how punch drunk and BAD that Arturo was. Hatton is much, much better.

I just took a look at it. He looks like he knows his ****. God he has a good pedigree and I agree what he says that bodybuilders are masters of gaining and losing weight.
