      no... i dont think so.
      i think its a calculated risk on the part of the underdog boxer but its up to the sanctioning body to make fair matches.
      some boxers will jump at anything if left up to them.
      cant blame them.

        mayan sun is right on target! this kind of stuff (mismatches) have been going on since the beginning of boxing! why are you so sensitive about your fighters losing? let them carve out a living any way they can! are you willing to feed their families? and what's up with that comment that "at least you can dig your way into the u.s.". was that really necessary or are you feeling a little insecure? are you upset because mexico is so close to the u.s. and the philippines isn't? well what's up with that comment then!
