They definitely get paid like grown men and definitely can get more ***** than you big boy. Fighters who fight at 118-130 don't walk around normally at that weight. A lot of em kill themselves just to make weight. That's what you call conditioning. They are most dangerous when they're ready to go off the chain. You have a
lack of understanding of what it takes to get to the top of a professional sport. It may look like just two men pawing cluelesly at each other to you, but boxing is one of the hardest sports to get coordinated at. A lot of pros don't even have it down. It aint as easy as it looks. Those little Pound for lbers are freaks of nature. One in a whole, whole lot of dudes who think they bad trying to box their way to somewhere with most not cutting it. So if your wondering if your body built 6 foot 200lb frame can whoop on a guy who's 5'4" 115lber who has been working his body to throw accurate hard punches since they were 8. I would put my money on the little guy to tear you apart. You are giving me the impression that you don't watch em cuz you think you can kick their ass, maybe. I just gotta respect any man that can get to a high level in a sport that requires many things that us mere mortals can only hate on.

In addition, in lue of the slaugther and ring deaths in Thailand, including the 4th round manslaughter of Cisneros at the hand of many mismatches being staged in Thailand between two professional fighters with a high enough degree of separation that lifes are at danger, imagine how a non pro Joe would fair.

These fights are entertaining though and I'd rather watch them than a lot of other fighters, plus Soto and Guzman are supposed to go at it and one of the two will be set back. I also think Morales is just a non factor, i hope he loses to david diaz for his own good/
Yeah, that **** is making me mad too. I dont want to see Soto vs Guzman. Its like killing one of them off unfairly. Id much rather see them both get there shot. Like Guzman-Pac and Soto vs Marquez

i agree, Guzman and Soto deserve their shots. But lets put this in perspective. Barrera after getting ran out San Antonio by PAC was on an impressive winning streak beating a highly regarded former olympian in dominating fashion. MAB's recent loss wasn't against a slouch, he lost to a world-class fighter in JMM.

JMM is awesome, he looked great against Barrera. And as far as PAC is concerned, I just hope he just gets his head out of his @ss, after he allowed politicians to stick it up his @ss and took his $$.

Anyway, the way the thread starter made these three future HOF fighters sound as if they're washed up, hardly, they continue to put up impressive wins. If these three start to lose against guys we normally see on ESPN2's FNF, then its time to pull the plug on 'em. Till that time happens, bring on PAC - mab 2, bring on PAC - jmm 2, hell, if EM wins his 4th world title, I would love for PAC to move up and fight EM at 135lbs. Dare I say PAC - em 4.
