What about Puerto Rico, Part of America(U.S in Noth America) and is considered to be its own country, but still part of the US, Puerto Rico is not in South America and are considered Latinos, So Is Mexico, of course

I always thought being Latin meant being from Latin America. Hispanic might be more appropriate if it so. I have Korean, Chinese friends that tell me they don't consider pinoys Asian because we don't use chopsticks and have mama Mary and rosaries all over the house instead of budah.. Some refer to pinoys as pacific islanders. Philippines has so many cultures mixed in it, I can eat menudo and eggrolls on the same table. I just consider myself pinoy. People say we don't have our own culture but retainng our own toungue is more than what I can say for other colonies.

Originally, the pinoys were NOT Catholics, that was given to them by Maggellen ( spelling ? )
As was the Catholic religion forced on the Mexicans, and others, by the Spaniards, as was the Protestant faiths given to the blacks by the slave masters...except the Haitians, which had Catholic on them from the French.

i don't see filipinos loitering in the parking lots of america's most famous hardware store, wearing ben davis, ****ies to formal engagements , coming out of tunnels like roaches, and can trace their ancestry back to U.S. penitentiaries, dropping out of high school at a rate that scares politicians 'cause pretty soon that culture that you're quite proud of will be the majority in california. yep, california will soon be filled w/ folks who can't even pass high school. SAD.

some what of the beat track on this post i think. but it tends to be the poor the countries (or area of) that produces the best boxers black people tend not to come from the well to do areas America/Britain and france if you can call the french fighters lol and of course most of not all of Africa, so as Mexico is a poor country it will produce good boxers and as boxing is a nation sport over there young kids get drawn to it same as football in England or egg chasing in America, not many boxers come from rich backgrounds do they.
