I do not consider Oscar Latino. Does he speak Latin? Is his ancestry direclty from the Roman Empire? Even my english teacher(high school) of Mexican ancestry don't call herself Latina.

Spain also had colonies in Africa, do we call then part Latinos too.

I don't know where, how, or why the people of Central and South America get started to be call Latinos? Didn't the US started to call this Latin America, under the Monroe Doctrine..

Well Mexicans, when it comes to language speaking, are 1 up on about 90 % of Americans...we speak only 1 white Euro language= English..
Most Mexicans speak TWO white Euro languages...English and Spanish..
but Spanish was forced on them much more
