They lacked the usual Winky Crispness.

I know he was coming forward much more than normal but still, i thought his combination punching was embarrassingly bad

Hopkins played a roll in that, wouldnt give Wright a decent target. All Wright had to do was step back every time Hopkins would dive or lean in and pop that jab, but he just let Hopkins lunge in and grab/hit. Gotta give Hopkins credit for completely throwin Wright off his game.

Winky did not lose any of it. Hopkins' movement and craftiness did not give Wright a single opportunity.

At the end Winky was too tired to do alot of things.

Yes, I think Winkys punches looked slow and lethargic. I think 170 is a few notches too high for him to fight.

hopkins moves to much and punches to hard.. hopkins is probably the hardest punching mover in the history of boxing along with roy jones but jones doesnt have the defense hopkins is better balanced.... is hard to mount and attack on a guy that does eveything ...

              No, not whatsoever.

Winky looked no sloppier than he has in his last couple of fights, to me..

I think the combination of B-Hop's craftiness and the pressure from fans and media to "Come to Fight" got to him because he didn't fight his fight. He needs to stick to how Winky wins and also try to develop some knockout power. I don't think there's anything wrong with Winky using his strong blocking and scoring with the jab but some more power would help.

If I could beat you all day in Mortal Combat using Sub-Zero's freezing powers then I will. I will do it over and over until you figure it out. Hopkins figured out Winky or Winky tried something different and it didn't work. Or it was a mix of all those things.

Winky's hooks and looping punches look weird.
His straight punches look much better.

i think the move up in weight definately affected winkys punches towards the later rounds
