Are you suggesting Lamon would have lasted the full 12 rounds?????

I would say that Wlad is not the second coming of Foreman. However he is a hardhitter by ALL possible standards.

These tests do not exist. Besides, the effects of a good punch is not only your beloved PSI, it's also speed, accuracy, and setting it up. Power alone is worthless to measure.

I actually also think that Vitali punches harder but Wlad is a little faster.

Wlad is a really big puncher. He isn't a freakish, all-time great puncher, but he is a very big puncher capable of knocking about anyone out. This is how I've always seen him rated and I don't have a problem with it.

Chris Byrd said in a televised interview a few months ago that Wladimir's punch is the hardest he's ever felt. Byrd has fought some other heavy hitters, such as Tua, Holyfield and Vitali - but he rates Wlad as the hardest puncher. That should tell us something.

Calvin Brock has also said Wlad's punches were the hardest he'd ever felt.

Lamon Brewster has a great chin, and only ever been knocked down once in his professional career, and that was in the first fight with Wladimir Klitschko.

Although I don't agree with the OP, Byrd and Brock HAVE to say that, because they were KTFO, it they said it was an average punch that put them on their asses, they'd look a bit silly. incidentally, Ibeabuchi's left hook/uppercut that had Byrd on ***** street is one of the hardest punches Ive seen in a HW fight.

I never heard anyone say Wlad hits harder than a young Foreman, because he clearly does not.
