and to specific the drug he was supposedly takin was THG a substance which hides the use of steroids and after 2003 everyone started tested for THG and now u see the demise of so many athletes not just boxers

Roy just got old. To me once he came back down from HW he was never the same. Dramatic weight loss at that age really takes it toll.

I'm not totally smashing the idea that he was on Roids it's just too little evidence to even consider it.

Well look at those 2 boxers Shane and Roy and from reading many articles i tend to believe these facts. Shane and Roy are getting up there in age Roy 38 and Shane 35 and over the years these fighter have moved up in many weight divisions and have not shown any body fat....at all and every one nows when u move up u lose all those cuts. And after the Balco lab closed did u see shane against winky? he was standing there throwning one punch at a time no combos no feints no nuthin. Thats not the shane im used to. And Roy ha lol did u see tarver vs. Jones 1 did u see how tired he was in between those rounds i never seen him like dat what happened to all that power he once had which made boxers fear him. I mean Antonio Tarver or Glen Johnson are not known for their punching power at all but when they hit Roy poof like magic he was gon just like dat...........There is something fishy about this

Naw im not a Roy hater homeboy i actually idolized him at some time but i hate cheaters especially n a sport like this in which roids can be such a advantage. U wanna bring up the weight issue Tarver did the same thing after playing in Rocky in which they say he blew up to 218 when he came bak to 175 y didnt b hop knock him out?????????????

Tarver looked so bad in the BHOP fight after he dropped weight. Tarver faced a smaller fighter that night and i believe if he fought a natural LHW he would have gotten KO'd.

Shane's physical performance never really diminished. Look at his last few fights, he's older now and still has the same kind of speed and ability. Just because someone loses doesn't mean they've been exposed and suddenly came off the juice....

Also if you watch Roy against Tarver in the 3rd bout, he looked amazing when he decided to throw. The problem was his confidence, he fought scared and was unwilling to engage.
