Definetaly a superfight, although the fight will most likely be a chess-match and boring, they are both world-class fighters and legends in my eyes.

Regardless of the motivations for starting this poll, this is an interesting question. I answered that it was a superfight, simply because it is a battle between two extremely highly rated fighters. In terms of importance this is a superfight. In terms of a spectacle it really isn't.
This isn't going to set the world alight, but it is a big and important matchup and therefore a superfight. Anyone who is remotely interested in boxing should be interested in this fight, even though it isn't likely to be all that exciting.Comment

no. while its a good matchup (meaning a big name vs a big name) its not a superfight. its not a fight that people have craved or asked for or wondered about.
this fight reminds me of the mosley/vargas fights. its good that the top guys are fighting each other, but cmon, this is no superfight.Comment

they're both top 10 p4p, they are both hof's, and they are fighting for a world title, winky wright and bernard hopkins are 2 of the biggest names in the sport... even if they fight some bum, it will still attract attention whether pple agree w it or not, but when they are fighting each other, well, u have a "superfight"Comment
