Kevin Johnson: “My job is to clean out the division.”

Undefeated heavyweight Kevin “The Great American Hope” Johnson (15-0-1 6 KO’s) steps into the ring on August 3rd against his toughest opponent to date, Damian “Bolo” Wills (22-1-1 16 KO’s) in what is being hailed as a “Crossroads Collision “for both these boxers.

    Kevin Jonson

saw him in his 3rd bout in Allentown and against Hawkins. Hawkins chased him around the ring all night. Where does this one handed (jab) boxer think he's coming from making a statement about cleaning up the division? Eddie Chambers, Gerald Nobles and Malik Scott in Philly alone with handle him. He and Chazz Witherspoon would be a competitive fight. He has another hand picked opponent here and who couldn't beat Timor?

If Kevin Johnson is "the great American hope", then there's no hope for Americans in the heavyweight division, because Johnson doesn't have what it takes to win a title.

However, there are other better prospects, such as Cristobal Arreola.

Gerald Nobles, Gerald "bit *******" Nobles will beat Kevin Johnson, HA! I was at a fight when a fan yelled encouraging words to Nobles" opponent that all he had to do to beat "Jedi" was to punch him in the boobs. Nobles is powerful but incredibly out of shape and pretty much unskliied, Johnson picks him apart. The Malik Scott, really Scott? He is even more boring than Johnson is and no one would know the result of the fight due to the entire crowd falling asleep during the affair. But I would give the nod to the better Johnson. Now Chambers I can see beating Johnson. However Chambers would have to be the aggressor and he finds his best success as the counterer. Johnson is highly skilled, but he has forgotten that he has two arms and is way too infatuated with his own jab.
