Facing the commonwealth champion who has only one defeat in 29 fights for his 13th fight is not a case of him fighting "bums". If you only ever watch HBO's championship boxing you can be forgiven for thinking so after all you only ever get world titles on there, but in terms of boxing prestige Amir Khan is definitely in the top 25% in the boxing heirarchy with that win.

fighters make the belt, every sanctioning body has its **** - the WBO champs - cotto, margarito, guzman, taylor, williams, calzaghe, juan diaz, cazares and calderon ... please man, recently, with that list of champs - the WBO title is probably the most validated.

HOWEVER, i completely think this ranking is bull****, but this has happened a million times before.

to say that the WBO is a stepping stone to a real title is a joke of a statement.

I agree with all of the above, there is nothing wrong with the Organisation but this ranking is ridiculous!

unbelievable truly unbelievable, Khan is now in the top ten in the WBO, we know how don't we Wank Warren pulling strings in the WBO again, why don't they just make him president of the thing and be done with it, the WBO has always been regarded as a joke title,a stepping stone to a proper title, but this just loose them any credability they ever had.

I fear the hype could hurt this kid in the long run..

With some of the incredible talents we've had in this sport it only takes a few seconds to feel a sense of dissapointment when you finally get a chance to see Khan in action.
