I will admit his isn't known for his power. He's not a big puncher by any stretch of the imagination but, he definetly hits harder than PBF.
you have nothing to back up that statement, and there are numbers against it.

If I had to bet money I'd bet on Cotto to do it. If I was just speaking I'd say Mosley. I don't know if Cotto can cut off the ring against Floyd. I highly doubt he will be able to land fearsome body shots on him. Floyd can take a good punch and he won't let Cotto land on his chin. Floyd doesn't stop throwing like Judah either, and he is way more intelligent in the ring. I think Cotto would at least rough Floyd up somewhat.

            I think:

Cotto then Mosley. Allah is a close third.

            Bruce Campbell could do it.

look, I picked Cotto but I think Mosley has an equally good shot at beating up on Floyd. Really tho many of those guys have the tools to take on and win against Floyd. The real guy holding Floyd back is Floyd. His retirement is either a PR stunt or a way to legitimize hand picking opponents based on risk vs reward. some say that is smart I think it is chicken **** and is really gonna hurt his ultimate standing regarding the GOAT status.

"I was retired, but I'll sign to fight Hatton right now," said the American.
"Ricky Hatton cannot fight. He cannot box. He throws one punch at a time and then holds. There is no skill to what he does in the ring."
Ricky Hatton is the most over-rated fighter of the last 25 years
                  Floyd Mayweather

i think the next fight for Cotto is Mosley ... an old Mosley

Mayweather is too much of a ***** to fight Williams.

b/c Williams is too much of a threat so him simply won't fight him not try to prove his self proclaimed GOAT status.

Mayweather has to beat the best to be the best.
