deinently cotto, winky wont fight at mayweathers weight anymore, im sure winky is looking towards a bigger fight and rematch against taylor. cotto is the biggest thread. floyd would easily find a way to find williams body.
Wright and Mayweather probably will never happen. Wright can't go lower than 154 and Mayweather only came up to 154 because De LaHoya wouldn't fight him unless he did so.
Paul Williams, Miguel Cotto and Shane Mosley would be his toughest tasks in my opinion. Williams with his height/reach coupled with the trouble Floyd would have hurting him. Cotto with the body attack, strength and ability to trap his opponents. Shane with his experience, hand speed and punching power.
Hatton wouldn't be easy either, but I wouldn't bet on Hatton to beat Floyd.
I pick Cotto..... I think he is all wrong for Floyd.. Mosley would be my second guess.. But Of course he is WAYYY past his sell by date.. Which is why Floyd keeps saying HIS name...
I can't believe how many people on this board can't tell how bad Williams is. I'm embarassed by you lot. It's almost as bad as when Miranda blew up (in that case there was abundant evidence of his poor skills and weak mind in the Abraham fight).
No one in that list has a real good chance of beating Floyd, but Cotto and Mosley have the best chances.
i say williams poses the toughest fight because of the styles... floyd will not be able to pot shot williams one punch at a time, becuase of the size, jab and william's volume of punches...
so what strategy will floyd have? get on the inside and go to the body? not really floyd's style and its unlikely he could even hurt williams... williams is just all wrong for floyd... like rocky to apollo or norton to ali...
Cotto...He is like a pitbull with rabbies. His mental strength and will alone is enough to give PBF fits. And lets not forget about his relentless attack. Other then headbutts cotto face does not cut or swell easily and if Zab coulnt finish him there is no way PBF is going to.
