I was just wondering why so many people hate Margarito? I dont think I remember a boxer that got hated on so much, Is it because of some of the fans? It shouldnt be because of all the most feared man in boxing talk because that title was given to him by the media and the man just went with it why not? From the begining Us Margarito fans never said he was the best fighter out their we simply said he was good and tough as nails and the most important he was exciting. I know some of you guys are just racist and just dont like Mexicans but what about everybody else why dont you like the guy?

Because his promoter started all this "most feared welterweight" talk. When you decide to take on that title you better beat any thing walking under 147 lbs, if you're going to talk the talk walk the walk and back it up in the ring. I like Margarito tho, but Bob Arum is the reason why he gets hated on.Comment

The hate is rediculous. The media and Bob Arum were the ones that gave Magarito the name "the most feared man in boxing". I find it amazing how people just count out Magarito from any big fights in the Welterweight division. He fought a tough tight fight with Williams, who might be the best Welter at the moment.Comment

The hate is justified. His fans put him in a bad spot and he showed himself to be a sore loser Saturday night, refusing to congratulate Williams and saying he was robbed. I'm done with this clown. Seeing him go down was a great feeling and a great thing for boxing. That he was exposed as an ignorant jackass is icing on the cake. Oscar De La Hoya had more of a claim to victory over Mayweather than Margarito did over Williams for crying out loud.Comment

Margarito isn't hated he is was just overhyped by his fans and the media. He was a hype job because his promoter did exactly what he was supposed to do which was promote him. Some of yall did talk about Margarito like he was the best thing since sliced bread. Also PBF is way more hated than Margarito will ever be or even care to know. For a perfect example of how much more PBF is hated than Margarito all you have to do is look at the media and fans reaction to Bob Arum's comment on how the fight between Margarito and Cotto might still be on. As soon as PBF said we will probably still fight Judah after he lost to Baldomir everybody went into a uproar and talked **** to PBF about that decision.Comment

Mayweather is hated way more then margarito is, I dont hate margarito its mostly his annoying fans, race has nothing do to with it. Acting like a sore loser after the williams fight, and only calling mayweather and not really any other elite fighters.Comment
