I think cotto as he's ko'd good opponents (unlike cintron) and is extremly punishing as a puncher.
In the future i think berto will become the best puncher as he's a beast at welter and the snap of his punches is real good, i just only hope he sorts out his defence.

cintron has the most one punch power and cotto is probabley the hardest accumalative punches, and mosley packs alot of speed and power. Mayweather's power is underrated but he doesnt punch th ehardest.
