It's part of boxing when Williams does it and it's WWE when Hatton does it? How does that work?

It's the boring part that takes away from the entertainment factor, those clowns would have been ko'd if they didn't keep holding the entire fight.

If you watch the fight again, Williams kept throwing when he was holding. Most of the holding was Margarito holding Williams right arm when in close. Williams did something really funny most of the fight. He used his long arms and threw an awkward left uppercut under his right arm pit to the Left side of Margarito's face.

It kind of reminded me of Pernell Whitaker's behind the back punch.

First of all I don't criticize Hatton for holding because I think you should always put winning the fight first. Its up to your opponent to figure out a way to beat you and if he can't then he doesn't deserve to win. I criticize him for saying he's an exciting fighter.
And yes, there has been times when Hatton has walked towards his opponent and put his arms out to grab him. That is hugging.

Do you think that Williams is an exciting fighter?

I don't think he's the most exciting fighter, but I don't mind watching him.

I don't mind watching both Margarito and Williams. Williams lack a bit of poer not to mention a terrible defense. Margarito is not meant to be great because he cannot perform well vs all types of fighters.

When I logged on today, I was wondering where I could find a thread full of dip****s.

Looks like I hit the jackpot.

                    That's fair enough.

you cant compare williams holding with hattons. for hatton its a part of his whole gameplan! and williams did not hold nearly as much.
