I was definitely nervous the whole fight and was on the edge of my seat, but I just think the lack of either fighter really gettin hurt doesn't make it fight of the year. It's very close because of how competitive it was. Honestly thinking about it might be. Maybe I have to watch it a few more times to truely make a decision.

        hahahahahhaahhahaha No.

Bell v.s. Mormeck > Williams v.s. Margarito x (infinite number squared)

Hell no! Williams won at least 8 rounds. It had its moments, but definently no fight of the year. Too one-sided.

Ok maybe I was a bit excited Mormeck/Bell II is way better than this.

But it certainly was an exciting fight.

if you say mormeck bell II over this

                  i can agree with that

but if you say miranda pavlik or cotto judah
i completely disagree because those were one sided beat downs

We all forget Pavlik-Miranda, as crazy and great as that was, Pavlik was in control of the whole fight up until the KO. It was great but not enough eve and flow to say it was FoTY. Same with Cotto-Judah and even more so with Cotto-Judah. Judah had about 2 or 3 DECENT moments in the fight and they were few and far in between. Meanwhile Cotto kept ****ing on him all night long until that was over. This fight had great action but the way Williams was really boxing in all that maddness the whole night is less of a FotY type fight. Williams was incontrol just about the entire fight and never lost focus. Even during the small moments Margarito tried to come on.

Miranda vs Pavlik was better, Katsidis vs Earl was better, Vazquez vs Marquez was better, this was pretty much a stalemate.
