David Haye the new Lenox? chances to beat W.Klitschko

His parents are both Jamaican born, he moved to Canada when he was 12 so he wasnt brought up in Britain after that age, he boxed for Canada in the Olympics not Britain.
His accents all over the place and, as David Remnick, editor of the New Yorker, has written, speaks in 'what might be called High Plains-****ney-Bob Marley, an accent rounded off by the influence of the high-rent precincts he now inhabits in Hertfordshire and Miami'.Comment

Haye's got potential at heavyweight but talk of him beating the likes of Wlad is premature to say the least. Let him deal with Mormeck first.Comment

Mormeck is going to Knock Haye the **** out........Oneil Bell is ten times the fighter Haye is, and has 20 times the chin........if Mormeck lands one of those bombs he landed on Bell on HAYE, IT'S LIGHTS OUT.....Last edited by -Hyperion-; 07-13-2007, 01:09 PM.Comment

I sense a bet come fight time, that's if I can get some well needed points beforehand.Comment

lol,,,bowe wasnt fast. he had average speed but good skills and he only had an average chin. why do you think rock newman steered him clear of big heavyweights? he couldnt handle them as his fights with golota and lewis in the amateurs indicated. a focused wlad would have stopped him within 7 roundsI cant agree with this, bowe was an excellent fighter who had great hand speed a great chin good power and good stamina, most boxing experts agree that bowe was great in that first fight with holyfield and he was in shape for that fight, wlad has never faced an opponent as good as holyfield or bowe, and bowe wasn't ko in his prime by lesser opponents. imo bowe would beat wlad,Comment

Don't be ****** - Mormeck only knows one style and gasses easily... Haye has serious power and will hurt Mormeck. Early KO for Haye.
Regarding Haye at heavyweight he looked brilliant vs Bonin. He was patient, stalked Bonin and landed solid jabs. He's got unbelievably heavy hands. Lennox Lewis has been giving him tips and private sessions for about 2 years now, and i think it's starting to show in the ring.Comment

brutal ko either way, most likely haye gets ko'd as his boxing skills and defence dont seem to have improved much since he turned pro!Comment
