      forget styles for a second.

Mayweather would be ripped for fighting a 36 years old, whose last title fight victory was highly controversial (DLH 2) and the previous one is in 2001 (before he met Forrest).

Hatton is unbeaten, young and IMO has the right style to make Mayweather fight.
      exactly i agree 100%...

people say Hatton has the style to beat Floyd, cough cough *Bull***** cough, if you want to see a preview of the Mayweather-Hatton fight, go back and look at a replay of Chavez-Mayweather, Chavez tried to pin floyd on the ropes, rough him up, hold him, whatever he could do, and Mayweather stayed cool calm and collected, and connected multiple times with ease on Chavez, it will be the same thing, book it.

I think hatton has the style to make floyd fight, and in fact chavez made floyd fight. beating him is a whole different story, though.

the style to BEAT floyd would be Forrest.... but hatton can give a tough fight like castillo with his swarming, hugging, pressure fighting...

What do you think of his comments?

              I'm disinterested.

I been saying this from the begining... But Floyd dont want no part of shane mosley.. Mosley has speed and power. Not like most of floyds oppononts like gatti, baldomir, oscar who are more flat footed and slower.. He prefers oppononts who fihgt not box... We all saw zab give him a hard time.. I think Mosley is a nightmare opponont for floyd. believe that!!

Mosley is a young 36. I dont think he is really that far past his prime at all. Id venture to say that Mosley is actualy closer to his prime than Hatton is.

i don't consider him a fresh 36 either, after going 72 rounds with oscar, winky and forrest...

Hatton has beaten two all-time greats in massive fights, can sell 200,000 PPV's in Britain alone, can bring 10,000 fans over the ocean, is a former Ring Magazine fighter of the year, unified champion and two-weight world champion who has won world titles abroad, and has the longest unbeaten record in boxing. And his style is thee contrast to Mayweather in and out of the ring. Mosley makes no sense compared to Hatton. Two undefeated pound-for-pounders going at it, nothing quite like it, esp when it's been brewing for four years.
