Who should Wlad fight NEXT (Before Unification) - Poll Round 2

Once again, the below opponents are not available, so lets not make ****** remarks.

    Peter
    Maskaev
    Vitali (never available)
    Chagaev
    Ibragimov

That leaves the possible opponents, whose names are already circulating in the media (included in this poll)

    Sanders
    Holyfiled
    Rahman
    Briggs
    - name never mentioned, but I think it would be a good solid opponent for Wlad. A former champion, who beat Lyakhovich and lost a decision to Ibragimov. Shall Wlad win, it would be nice to compare his win to Ibragimov's and shall Ibragimov beat Chagaev it will be a good Unification fight build up
    38
    Sanders
    34.21%
    13
    Holyfield
    39.47%
    15
    Rahman
    13.16%
    5
    Briggs
    13.16%

It doesn't much matter; Briggs's performance was terrible, the other two are over 40, so I'll pick Rahman from this group.

Someone mentioned Valuev, and I think it would be nice to try and knock Valuev out. A crafty counterpuncher like Chagaev can get a safe decision from the big man, but that doesn't mean there's no challenge left in actually taking a fight to him.

before i say anything, im not trying to insult you.

      1. why fight sanders? hes a fat (243lbs), old (41 years old), no talented golfer who boxes part time. sanders is old news.

      2. shannon briggs is retired and his last two fights have been truely horrible performances. some people think wlad has stamina issues. briggs has ****ing asthma, he can barely get past the 3rd round. wlad takes him apart, just like brewster.

      3. rahman is just like sanders: old (35 in november), fat (261lbs!), lazy, and the very picture of inconsistant. rahman is old news.

      4. i really hate to suggest holyfield/wlad. but hes the only one on that list who is really eligable and would be a real fight (i cant believe i just said that). holyfield is hot right now. 4-0 with 2 KOs in his comeback trail and hes looked great in his fights. but wlad is in his prime and is considerably larger, younger, stronger, faster, and by now more technically sound. this would be a slaughter.

with brewster out of the way, and with maskaev, ibragimov, peter, and chagaev all occupied, wlad's options arent very good. i'd suggest oliver mccall or even vladimir virchis. i know they arent great matches but like i said, wlad's options are very limited right now.

      he should have unified earlier.

BTW, I forgot to mention that the reason I don't want Wlad to fight Holy is that I don't want to PAY to watch an old great take punishment from Wlad.

Not insulted.. I didn't come up with the names... the three names were mentioned by the Klitshcko camp as possible opponents.

I said Holyfield. Wladimir probably wants his next fight in the And Holyfield is the probably the biggest money fight out there for him(I know it's sad)

He had a fight with some French-Canadian. Hopefully he backed out so he could fight Klitschko.

Briggs for me, and only cause I don't like him.
I don't want Wlad to fight neither Rahman nor Holy.
