      THe problem with todays fighter are they are not patient they want to throw there powershot early without jabbing.

      Hearns is calm usally and he jab to creat opening and making his oppenet offbalance intell he throws his shot carefully

            well sometimes you dont need to test chin it really hard for punchs to come to him because he uses his size effectivly by jabbing

              It's still Hearns. Big Welterweights weren't as rare in the 80's after Tommy Hearns. I mean...Breland, Blocker and McCrory were huge imposing Welters (6'1"+)...even guys who weren't as tall were big rugged Welters. Guys like Aaron Davis and Jorge Vaca fit that bill.

              Hearns put that complete offensive package behind it though.

                tommy no question...williams still is a young pup and maybe in 2yrs he eventually will have to move-up i think maybe less than a year before he moves to 154lbs

                  Hearns no doubt, Hearns had one punch KO power, Williams is not that powerful, he's just very consitent and accurate with his punches and has very good cardio... Williams has the reach of a HW though that's crazy

                    williams but id go with cotto he probably enters the ring the heaviest around 165-170
