thompson krasniqi is a WBO eliminator i believe.. so they wont give up their shot at winning a title just to get their ass kicked by wlad in a fight they cannot win....

with wlads injury chances are he wont be training again until september or so which means most likely he will end up waiting out the october fights and trying to fight the winner of ibrag/chagaev.. i honestly dont see him fighting in the meantime....

i dont want to see him fight samuel peter again at this point it doesnt make sense...

people clamoring for peter/klitschko II are people who are desperate to see wlad lose and figure peter has the best chance of doing it.. but the fact of the matter is that peter and wlad each have 3-4 years left atop the division and if wlad beats him again at this point peter will not have a leg to stand on as far as getting a third fight.... peter be smart to fight vitali, make a bunch of money... have another fight or two.. then fight wlad and make a bunch more money.... should be fairly obvious to anyone who calls themself a manager

I remember reading Wlad wanted a fight with Rahman next, but that could have been before the Brewster fight was scheduled. If he could get Evander in the ring, that would be the biggest payday with probably the least risk...

mccall would give wlad a good 12 round work out as mccall is almost knockout proof, but i don't think any of these fights are interesting, i just want to see him fight the wbo wba winner but that would be early 2008.

A lot of people think he just should become inactive until early next year, and then fight a unification fight. There are reports that there are ongoing negotiations with Hasim Raman...

I would sooner see him take a "stay active" fight in he fall while he's waiting for a unification fight, and Rahman would be a good name on his resume. It would be a mismatch, however.
