The winner of the Peter/Maskaev fight or the winner of the Ibragimov/Chagaev fight.

        Are you people ******ed?

CanadaJoe even explained it for the dummies.

The WBC has already 2 fights scheduled:
        Maskaev / Peter
        Winer / Vitali
This means the above mentioned 3 names are NOT available.
#1 Vitali and Wlad will NEVER fight each other.
        #2 Vitali is fighting McCline

        Valuev has a scheduled fight

Chagaev and Ibragimov are fighting each other in October and the winner will be available no earlier than 2008.

        And so on..

PEOPLE, YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO READ.

I say fight an American Veteran where he can get a big fight scheduled and make $$ + Recognition.

        Why not Briggs??

Yeah, he just lost a decision to Ibragimov, but when Wlad convincingly Knocks him out.. it will be a good statement.

Besides, these two should have fought in the passed and Briggs has some bad blood with the Klitschkos.

If Thompson wins his next fight I think he deserves a shot. Interesting dilemma, fight the winner of the WB0/WBA title unification bout (which we would be in line for with a win on the 14th.) or fight Wlad?

Of course, Holyfield is still out there (and the fight would probably generate a decent amount of money) but I sort of hope it doesn’t happen for Evander's sake. He is a warrior but there is almost no chance of him beating Wlad unless he somehow lands a lucky punch. I have a lot of respect for Holyfield but I wish he would retire before he gets seriously hurt.

Wlad has really improved and I think he is in his prime right now. I think it should be either the winner of Ibragimov/Chagaev or Peter/Maskaev (Peter better beat him).I dont care if its in 2008, Boxing needs a unfied champ and If I was Wlad I'd wait if I had to. I don't care who he fights next, as long as he fights the winner of either of those fights sometime in the near future. We don't need Wlad knocking out a shot Briggs or some tomato can like Austin again. I think Peter would have the best shot against Klitschko. Even thought Kilt beat Peter before, Peter appears to have improved his game as well and if he pressures Wlad enough he's got great power and might have a shot. I think Chagaev would have the second best shot. He already beat a bigger man in Valuev (albeit less skilled) and He is also a hard puncher (and a lefty to boot, think Corrie Sanders). Other than that, I don't really see anyone who could give Klit much of a chance. Kind of like how prime Tyson didn't really have any worthy competition.

By the way I think this version of Wlad would beat prime Corrie Sanders (not the one who just stepped off the golf course and drank a 6 pack) in a brutal 10 round TKO, much like Vitali did. Also, Wlad/Holyfield would be a BIG money fight IMO, but I like Holyfield too much to want to see him fight Wlad at this point in his career, but I'm sure he would if the opportunity presented itself.
