Kball, read it again. He uncritically appropriates the 'it's up to you' line. he recognizes that saying this is tantamount to white writers backing Jeffries as a 'last hope' against Johnson. And it is. But yet he supports it? It's just as bad as early 20th C racism, this attitude against foreign champs. You might not think so, but the author does, AND YET he shamelessly holds the view?
