    UFC VS Boxing

Not to slag off UFC or anything. But i tried to watch the last couple of main events and the ultmate fighter crew. I found myself wanting to like it but nothing relevant at all happened. Is there any UFC worth watching?

If you didnt like the Ultimate Fighter show then it must not be for you because the Penn/Pelver fight was pretty good.

I cant get into UFC either. Some stuff is good, and its fun to watch live, but it just isnt dramatic like boxing is... idk.

The UFC PPVs are worthwhile if you like the sport, i personally cant get into that stuff. You can definetly see what all the hype is about.

Something else that I will never appreciate about UFC are the premature (not to mention sloppier) endings and KO's..

You know.. The stuff all those MMA "fans" are there for..

There's no suspense, there's no drama..

I know there is sometimes - I thought that Cro Cop/Emelianenko thing was pretty epic for that sport.. But you never get the kind of poetry and paint that comes out of a Marciano vs. Walcott, Ali vs. Foreman, Vargas vs. Trinidad, Castillo vs. Corrales.

                Never.

Its not the same since one station is on cable and the other is a pay channel.

This has been mentioned before - you have to pay an extra $12-16 for HBO every month.

Spike comes with the basic cable package.

That factors in somewhat.. But overall the UFC thing has it's pull.

                    They have their "demographic."
